Program Preferences

In 2026 we are trialling a new structure. The day commences with Science with Mr Chappell, a co-operative learning style friendly environment with science, action, videos and amazing take home experiments. In the afternoon we are running Skill Builders. Each day kids will endeavour in a differnt skill as they learn to cook, make, explore and exercise.

Parent Guardian Declaration

By submitting this registration, I understand that I am permitting my child to participate fully in all the activities of NRG. Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the welfare and protection of my child, North Ryde Anglican Church, its council members, voluntary workers, employees or any other person acting on their behalf are hereby released from any and all liability in the event of an accident or misfortune that may occur to my child or damage or loss of their property. In the case of a medical emergency, I hereby give permission for the leader in charge to secure any and all necessary treatment for my child. I agree to pay all such doctor, ambulance and hospital fees incurred on behalf of my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to instituting such procedures. Photos and videos maybe taken of my child by our photographer and I do not object to them being used for promotional purposes as long as my child is not identified by name.

I understand that NRG operates under a health safety plan. I will keep my child home if they have any sickness symptoms - and will pickup my child if our medical officer deems unfit to attend.

I understand that should my child disobey reasonable requests from coordinators I may be required to pick up my child.

I authorize the church to send me future information about childrens activities at North Ryde Anglican Church.
