Anchor's Year 7-12s are heading up the mountains again this year and joining thousands of other teens in exploring who God is and what our place in His plans.
We'll be spending the weekend (19-21st April 2024) glamping at the KCC site - yes, we have the fairy lights this year - about 200m away from the front door to the convention centre where we will be playing games, singing praises, watching videos and hearing God's Word explained from the book of Philippians.

What is glamping?
Glamour camping - means we are camping in tents and sleeping on air beds, but we will do it in style. Read: still have electricity, water, food, and all the comfortable things.
Where will we be staying?
In tents, at the KCC site - 119 Cliff Dr, Katoomba.
What do we do there?
Aside from sleeping and eating and sleeping and eating again, we will be listening to bible talks, praying and reading the bible, singing praises, learning a memory verse, hearing from different mission organisations, playing games, spending time as a youth group as well as meeting others before and after the bible sessions, and also brushing our teeth. Dental hygiene is important..
What do I bring?

How are we getting there?
The leaders will be driving up - you can specify if you would prefer your child to be driven by a full-licensed driver in the registration form.
What are we eating?
We are curating a 5 star menu from some of the greatest chef's worldwide. Which means that we will be sharing in cooking and cleaning after all our own meals. YES, I DID SAY COOKING.
What if I have allergies/dietary requirements?
Let us know about your allergies/dietary requirements so we can cater for everyone - and you are an important part of everyone.

How much does it cost?
This year, registration costs $220.
What does the registration fee go towards?
The registration fee includes the tickets to the conference, accomodation (the camping ground fees), food and transport for the weekend.
What if money is an issue?
We totally understand that sometimes money can be a bit tight, and particularly at those times this sort of thing can seem a non-essential. PLEASE let us know if money is a problem - we would not want this to be an obstacle in anyone coming along. Get in contact with one of our leaders to ask about finance options and we can absolutely work something out with you.
Can I bring a friend?
ABSOLUTELY! The more the merrier! Get them to register the same way!
What if I can't get register by then (e.g. can't get the money together)?
Register by then. But we also understand that life happens - if you know this is an impossibility, let one of the leaders know and we can set aside your ticket for you - just have a chat with us!
